Anthony Worrall perfectly played the role of chat show host and expertly interviewed David Kelly, Guy Hutchinson and Steve Cassidy on the importance the Ops Priorities as a roadmap for success. Standout messages included the strategic focus on customer promise and, using best in class examples from across the managed estate regionwide, the SVPS each focused their attention on different  priorities but one thing was abundantly clear – everyone was on the ‘same page’ and in perfect alignment.
