Regional SVP OF Brands and Central Operations, John Rogers, set the tone for a week of action with an inspirational snapshot of the enterprise messaging from the recent EMEA Leadership and Commercial Conference in Dubai.
John Rogers inspired the audience with Conrad Hilton’s quote that “success seems to be connected to action” and set out the company’s intention to create the World’s Best Stay. John shared the inspirational growth and success story of the business but also a clear call to action that when you are at the top of the mountain it is time to set your sights higher. John outlined that it is our shared belief that hospitality can change the world that sets us apart and that we need to harness that power to keep climbing to the top of the next mountain – that what will get is there is a really disciplined execution against our four key strategic priorities:
John also shared Hilton’s vision for the future: to be the undisputed leader in hospitality and that we’re going to keep evolving our culture so we remain one of the very best places to work in the world, but we all have a role to play!
