What: Welcome Reception
Where: The Taste Exchange & Foyer at the Crystal Ballroom on M1

Where micro cuisines meet macro entertainment! Taking place in The Taste Exchange (our partner hub), this high-octane immersive standing event will be a progressive food and drink showcase of micro cuisines and modern mixology from across our glorious region. Spotlighting our talented Team Members, this wonderful welcome reception will be packed full of entertainment surprises, whilst our Hilton Leaders will network with our valued partners setting the tone for an epic week ahead.
What: Gala Dinner
Where: Hilton Bosphorous
When: Tuesday 4th February, 18:00 – 23:00
Wear: Black tie/ elegant: think long dresses , cocktail dresses, trendy tuxedoes, slick black suits with dress shirts and bow/black tie or cravatte /pochette combo – all glam goes (but please not your workwear).
Atthe end of the first day of intense and engaging content, attendees will be transported ‘Making Moments style’ on board the ‘Bottega buses’ (they will leave at 18:00 sharp, so don’t be late) and we will head to Hilton Bosphorous for ‘The Taste Experience’, featuring a multi-hands tasting menu spotlighting our top tier Chefs from across EMEA! The evening will also play host to the EMEA F&D Rockstars Awards 2025 – celebrating our best and brightest talent from across the region capped off by an awe-inspiring keynote from an industry legend.
What: F&F Awards Ceremony and Epic After Party
Where: Grand Ballroom at Hilton Bomonti
When: Thursday 6th February, 18:00 – 23:00
Wear: Utterly Fabulous: think cocktail dresses, chic jumpsuits, tailored jackets with pocket squares, dinner jackets, shimmering accessories, statement jewellery and shoes, eccentric headgear and glitter galore!
High octane and high impact day-long contest featuring Celebrity Judges from the food and drink world culminating in an exciting and emotional Team Member celebration awards ceremony and unforgettable after party!
Whilst we want you to have fun (this is F&D after all), please remember this is a work event so behave responsibly. We also know how (sometimes) us food and drink folk can be hyper critical of other venues and hotels – we ask that you stop and think before sharing your ‘critique’ because throwing an event such as this is hard work, so please respect your fellow TMs.
