Inspirational Chefs Sebastian and Vojtech challenged the audience to see that waste isn’t waste until we waste it.
Following on seamlessly from the Taste With Purpose session visionary Chef Sebastian Nohse inspired the audience of kitchen leaders by setting out how they as individuals can drive impact beyond their job description. He then shared the floor with Winnow brand Chef and respected food waste guru Vojtech Vegh who told delegates that they are not just wasting food but their time and money when they throw stuff in the bin. The whole session was centred on Vojtechs ‘Black Truffle Mindset’ theory which artfully reframes waste to inspire change.
