Anthony Worrall took to the stage to welcome everyone to the first EMEA Food & Drink conference in a decade and then went ‘live’ to The Taste Media Pod where Emma Banks was interviewed by Smack Hospitality co-founder Fritz Dickamp. What followed was a high-octane race through the back corridors of the Hilton Istanbul Bomonti in a fun-fuelled skit featuring some of the F&D Team who then burst into the auditorium. Emma addressed the audience setting out the intentions for the week and then handed over to EMEA President Simon Vincent for a pre-recorded welcome.
