The message from this session came across loud and clear that the food and drink teams represent 40% of the total workforce across Hilton in EMEA and it is essential that we invest time in our teams if we want to continue to be the world’s bones hospitality workplace – a place where everyone can thrive. The 4 speakers shared best in class examples of where hotels have really succeeded in putting their people first and building a brilliant work culture – and lastly the call to action was to really use the EMEA People Toolkit which houses everything you need to attract, retain and develop the best and brightest talent in the business!
