As a celebration of food and drink our event schedule was never going to be boring! Dress to impress, turn up hungry and pack your (professional) party pants as we celebrate the best and brightest F&D talent from across the region.
The Taste Experience took place at the end of the first day of intense and engaging content. Attendees were transported ‘Making Moments style’ on board the ‘Bottega buses’ bound for Hilton Bosphorous. We were treated to a multi-hands tasting menu spotlighting our top tier Chefs from across EMEA including:
Sidney Schutte, Restaurant Spectrum, Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam (Two Star Michelin)
Gabriela Filca, Nebo Restaurant & Lounge, Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort & Spe (One Star Michelin)
Andreas Scheuregger, Regional Chef Türkiye
Harshada Badade, Head of Pastry, Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah.
The evening was hosted by none other than VP Ops South East Mediterranean Joachim Hartle and TV Wine Expert Helen McGinn.
A key feature of the evening was the launch of the inaugural EMEA F&D Rockstars Awards which recognized hotels, venues and team members for their execution of the EMEA F&D strategy and vision.
A huge thank you to the team at Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus who pulled off an exquisite event despite being under master plan and working from temporary kitchens.
